The Fuel Cell Approach
Typical aluminum-air batteries can’t be recharged and require full battery swaps. Osprey’s ALAIR Fuel Cell uses a novel refueling system that makes operation faster, simpler, and far more practical.
Fuel Recycling
The energy extraction process produces a recyclable byproduct that can be converted back into aluminum fuel, enabling a circular process that simplifies energy delivery and makes field-based fuel processing possible.
Safety & Reliability
Unlike conventional fuels or typical batteries, our system stores fuel in a stable, inactive form, meaning it can’t release energy on its own. The result: safer storage, easier transport, and a longer shelf life.
